Associate Director, Admissions for Outreach, Access, and Community Engagement

The Office of Admissions is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions for Outreach, Access, and Community Engagement. This position will focus on the targeted recruitment of students historically underrepresented in the college process. Under the guidance of the Deputy Director of Admissions, this person will play a vital role within the recruitment team, providing strategic leadership and oversight of recruitment initiatives to support the institutional enrollment goals. This role directs a comprehensive outreach strategy across local, regional, and national markets, manages a team of admissions counselors, and ensures the execution of data-informed recruitment plans. The Associate Director collaborates with campus partners, oversees access and community engagement event execution, and monitors key performance indicators to enhance prospective student engagement and yield outcomes.
