We provide leadership to ensure that inclusion, diversity, equity, and access remain at the forefront in the thoughts and actions of WACAC members and the educational community. We promote opportunities for educators to learn, understand, and apply more thoughtful and intentional practices to assist in our work with under-resourced, under-represented, and/or under-served students. We foster an inclusive community for open and authentic dialogue among educators that leads to action.

- Admission Glossaries (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Telugu)
- Planning and executing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) events to foster community learning
- Administering IDEA Grants to support special projects that promote equality and access
- Supporting Language Access with Cafecitos con Colegios programming
- Blogging about important issues related to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access for the Inclusion Blog Series and discussing big topics in Community Conversations
