Regional Coordinator, California Transfer Recruitment

Regional Coordinators play an instrumental role in sharing the University of Arizona brand across the country. Based in their assigned territory, they manage all aspects of regional recruitment — including extensive year-round travel with peak times in fall and spring — and serve as the entry point for prospective students to discover Arizona and the Wildcat community. They build relationships with prospective students, families, high school counselors, community college advisors, community-based organizations, and school partners, all while sharing what makes Tucson such an amazing place to live and learn.
 
We’re looking for team players who learn quickly and are ready to take ownership of their region. And they won’t be starting from scratch alone, they’ll be joining a National Recruitment Team that’s already 17 positions strong, with a well-established structure for training and support.
