SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Register early to take advantage of our limited sponsorship options! Exhibitors and sponsors are truly keys to the success of this annual event. We look forward to working with you and your organization as you prepare to exhibit and/or sponsor at the 2026 Conference in Pasadena, California. Please note that attendee registration will open in early 2026, and details on this page are subject to change.
Exhibitor Registration
- $1,200 includes table and attendance for 1 exhibitor
- $200 for first additional exhibitor team member registration
- Regular registration price for any additional exhibitor team members
- Exhibitor tables are 8 feet in length and will come with two chairs. Access to power is not guaranteed, but if required, it may be purchased at an additional cost.
- The specific location of the exhibitor space is TBD, but it will be centrally-located.
- Note: Checks will be accepted as a payment method until February 1. After that date, only credit cards will be accepted.

Full Conference Scholarship: $1,500 (Closes May 1)
Make a meaningful splash by contributing to the WACAC Scholarship Fund! All proceeds will be directly applied to registration and associated attendance costs for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Sponsors at this level will receive verbal recognition at the opening session as well as signage at check-in.

Conference Attendees List: $1,000
A full conference attendee list will be provided two weeks prior to the first day of the conference, as well as a week after the conference has concluded. By purchasing this list, vendors agree to send out no more than two communications to each attendee. Please note: this opportunity can only be purchased in conjunction with the purchase of attendee and/or exhibitor registration.
Conference Mobile App: $10,000 (SOLD)Attendees will see your branding throughout the event whenever they use the conference mobile app. The app includes announcements, guides, session information, exhibitor information, and more!
