The Admissions & Enrollment Services office is a dynamic environment which requires dedicated professionals to engage, excite, and enroll qualified students to Northern Arizona University to help meet enrollment goals. The Student Recruitment Coordinator, Sr. position is intended for seasoned admissions professionals who have managed a territory or territories for at least two years and can provide expertise to new staff and support the Admissions & Enrollment Services Leadership Team in the management of the recruitment and on and off campus events.
This position is required to work evenings and weekends during the busy recruitment seasons (August – November, February – April). The Phoenix Regional Student Recruitment Coordinator, Sr. will work to apply the university’s recruitment strategies to identify, recruit, and enroll qualified new transfer and first year students across all education delivery modalities (e.g. Flagstaff, Community Campuses, and Online) from the greater Phoenix and Maricopa County, Arizona region. Approximately 90% of the Student Recruitment Coordinator’s time will be spent recruiting traditionally aged freshman students in Maricopa County, and 10% of their time recruiting transfer students and students interested in NAU’s additional education modalities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
A combination of related education, experience and training may be used as an equivalent to the above Minimum Requirements.
Current and unrestricted Driver’s License needed to attend off-site recruitment events.
Salary range begins at $45,800. Annual salary commensurate with candidate’s qualifications and related experience.
