Westminster University, a private, independent and comprehensive university with a liberal arts foundation in Salt Lake City, Utah, serving students for nearly 150 years, is seeking a new Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). The VPEM will join Westminster at a transformative time, working closely with President Bethami (Beth) Dobkin, to help shape an institution around pillars of academic quality, student access and success, and distinctive learning experiences. This transformation includes a new approach to integrated wellness, outdoor learning, and inclusive leadership, which has been broadly conceived and integrated into the curriculum. Additionally, Westminster has launched a signature undergraduate student experience, “WestX,” and continues the expansion of graduate and professional programs.

Compensation
Westminster offers a competitive compensation package, including relocation assistance, and a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range identified for this role is $170,000-$190,000. In this important leadership position, the successful candidate will have an active on-campus presence.
