Peru State College, Nebraska’s first college, invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). Reporting directly to the President and serving on the President’s Senior Leadership Team, the VPEM provides visionary, data-driven leadership, and strategic direction for the College’s enrollment, financial aid, and marketing efforts. Serving as the institution’s policy and practice leader for student recruitment, admissions, enrollment growth, enrollment marketing and institutional marketing, the VPEM represents these priorities within the executive leadership team in addition to contributing expertise to retention strategies and shared communications responsibilities.

The Vice President will lead a team of 16 dedicated professionals in Admission, Financial Aid, and Marketing, guiding the College toward its strategic enrollment goals. The VPEM will offer candor and transparency in informing, engaging, and educating a committed community striving to respond to the evolving needs of students and families, a rapidly changing marketplace, and innovations in technology.

Compensation

Peru State College offers a competitive compensation package, including relocation assistance, and a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range identified for this role is $130,000-$145,000. In this important leadership position, the successful candidate will have an active on-campus presence. This position is subject to veterans’ preference. Offers of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory results of a background check.
