The Position
The Director of Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for guiding the execution of a comprehensive enrollment plan for the recruitment and retention of Case Western Reserve University’s undergraduate students. Joining a six-person leadership team responsible for the vision within enrollment management, the Director has oversight of strategic enrollment planning, marketing, program development, student recruitment initiatives, and evaluation of recruitment programs. The Director will provide direction and leadership in the development and implementation of growth strategies for CWRU programs to foster optimal enrollment of qualified students, and assist in recruitment activities including traveling domestically and abroad as needed, and participating in on campus recruitment programs.

Compensation
Compensation for the position is competitive and based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate; consult with the NES search team for insights.
