Caldwell University, located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in suburban Caldwell, New Jersey and founded by the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Caldwell, is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead innovation and strategy within the enrollment, retention, financial aid, and enrollment marketing functions, offering a compelling vision for the University’s future. Caldwell, a private, Catholic coed four-year university with a strong liberal arts core curriculum, has experienced recent enrollment growth. The new Vice President for Enrollment Management will play a key role in continuing that momentum and achieving the university’s ambitious strategic goals.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for the position will be competitive and based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate and the agreed upon portfolio of responsibilities; The range identified for this role is $200,000-$210,000. In this important leadership position, the successful candidate will have an active on-campus presence.
