Remote schedule will be considered. This is a specialty position under the supervision of the Associate Director, Operations & Systems and in close coordination with the Senior Coordinator, Enrollment Marketing, the CRM Coordinator primarily focuses on the management of the undergraduate admissions CRM including but not limited to daily needs such as record consolidation, deployment of deliver/mailings campaigns, import of various datasets, mapping, text message deployment (within our chatbot), and queries as well as long-term infrastructure for our application logic, communication plan, reports, fields, prompts, forms, rules, populations, etc. The incumbent would be integral to CRM maintenance, customization, development, cycle preparation, training, and communication planning to support the enrollment goals and objectives of the university. They would proactively recommend Slate enhancements for processing/operations as well as recruitment and implement new features. At times, they may serve as a liaison with campus stakeholders and vendors including Common App, ACT/SAT, ScarletCS, etc. This individual will serve as first-level support for CRM-related concerns raised by internal and external university stakeholders by troubleshooting, triaging requests, and collecting documentation to elevate to Slate Service Desk if needed. Frequently, with direction from the Senior Coordinator, Enrollment Marketing, the individual will deploy email and text message communication to prospective students and applicants via the CRM and chatbot. They will validate queries for internal and external campus stakeholders with immense consideration for data security, integrity, and protection. The CRM Coordinator will also work closely within and monitor the chatbot for content accuracy. As needed, the CRM Coordinator will represent UWF to prospective students and families through attending all-staff recruitment events virtually or in person.
