The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment provides oversight and management for a major function related to the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of undergraduate students to the Hilltop and/or branch campuses. Major function areas include, but are not limited to, transfer recruitment, multicultural recruitment, alumni/parent volunteers; counselor relations and events; and campus events and programming. The assistant director is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating activities related to one of the function areas. Reporting to the Associate Director of Admission for Transfer Initiatives, and working collaboratively with all admission colleagues, the Assistant Director is charged with providing the highest quality programmatic development and student experience to achieve enrollment goals.

This position’s main responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing Undergraduate Admission driven communications to prospective and admitted students including but not limited to on- and off-campus functions. During application review season, this position is also responsible for overseeing all special program admission applications and processes/communications. This position is additionally charged with coordinating on-the-spot admission with the Senior Associate Director of Admission for Transfer Initiatives. This position will also work with Enrollment Communications in maintaining the web presence for all undergraduate admission related sites.
