Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director of Admission; manages, directs, and coordinates the strategic planning and implementation of on- and off-campus underrepresented student recruitment for both undergraduate and graduate populations. Provide leadership to the professional staff in the University’s efforts to increase the number of under-represented students in collaboration with various departments on campus, including the Center for Multicultural Services and the Office of Diversity and Inclusivity, offices of the academic deans, program chairs and co-curricular offices. Liaise with Community-Based Organizations to ensure extended outreach efforts to students of color across the region.
