The University Admissions office is a dynamic environment which requires dedicated professionals to engage, excite, and enroll qualified students to the University to help meet enrollment goals. With a large recruitment staff that manages territories across 16 states, the Recruitment & Training Coordinator is needed to develop strong training and onboarding processes for the team, and to organize and facilitate training weeks for the entire recruitment team.
In addition to the role in training for the full recruitment team, the coordinator will supervise a smaller team of entry level Admissions Officers. This position will also manage recruitment territories off campus, and will travel to these territories. Work in these territories will involve, but is not limited to, high school visits, college fairs, information sessions, one-on-one appointments, transfer student college fairs, and corporate/government outreach events.
