Vice President for Enrollment Management

Franklin & Marshall seeks an experienced, dynamic, courageous, and innovative Vice President for Enrollment Management who will report to President Barbara K. Altmann, now beginning her sixth year at the college. The successful candidate will be a crucial member of the college’s senior leadership team, overseeing the efforts of the offices of admission and financial aid and working closely with key colleagues across the institution on issues related to student affairs, including student success, retention, and graduation rate.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management will serve as a collaborative partner in a team of deeply committed senior staff and will advise and guide the president, colleagues, and the Board of Trustees in all matters related to recruiting, enrollment, financial aid, and strategic positioning of the institution amid the rapidly evolving landscape for highly selective liberal arts colleges. The next vice president will enhance and oversee the successful execution of the strategic enrollment plan, facilitate discussions on matters related to enrollment and retention, and join other areas of the College where enrollment, student learning and academic experience intersect and contribute to the strength and inclusive excellence of F&M and the four-year life cycle of the student.
