Mosaic College Prep, an independent college counseling company, is seeking an Associate Counselor to join our team. Our aim is to provide our students with uniquely tailored experiences that demystify the college admissions process, educate families, and empower our students. Qualified Associate Counselors will have 3-5 years experience in college counseling/admissions. Ideally, candidates are based in Pacific Standard Time (PST). All counselors must have experience with applying to the UC system. The role is part-time, flexible, and remote with student meetings conducted virtually. Applicants are welcome to have other work including as private counselors with their own clients and/or work with another firm. Rate is $40-$50 hour, depending on experience.
