Mosaic College Prep, an independent college counseling company, is seeking both Senior and Associate Counselors to join our team. Our aim is to provide our students with uniquely tailored experiences that demystify the college admissions process, educate families, and empower our students. Qualified Senior Counselors will have 10+ years of experience and Associates will have 3-5 years experience in college counseling/admissions. Candidates should be based on the West Coast and must have experience with applying to the UC system. The roles are part-time, flexible, and remote with student meetings conducted virtually. Applicants are welcome to have other work including as private counselors with their own clients and/or work with another firm. Rate is $60-$70 hour for Senior Counselors and $40-$50 hour for Associates, depending on experience. If interested, please send your resume to info@mosaicprep.com.
