Job Description
Student Success Managers (SSM) are the first point of contact for new student members and their families. We are looking for engaging, warm, enthusiastic individuals who will quickly create meaningful relationships. We hire colleagues who are passionate about the value of education, eager to learn, willing to share their knowledge, and who want to help our students take the first step in succeeding in their academic, college admissions and character-development-related goals. You will gain valuable experience being a part of an EdTech company headquartered in Silicon Valley.
