The Office of Admissions at Iowa State University is seeking qualified candidates for 3 Regional Admissions Counselor positions. As a territory manager, the Regional Admissions Counselor’s purpose is to attract, recruit and enroll prospective students to the university through a variety of methods, including visiting high schools and community colleges, attending college fairs, conducting enrollment presentations, managing recruitment correspondence through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and coordinating and assisting with on- and off-campus recruitment programs. The Regional Admissions Counselor communicates daily with prospective students and families and will manage events designed to develop relationships with high school and community college counselors. This position will also support the broader mission of the Office of Admissions by assisting with general recruitment, including, but not limited to, campus visit days, and events hosted by New Student Programs, such as Orientation and Destination Iowa State activities.
