Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management Systems is responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and technical support of the Technolutions Slate CRM system. This position works collaboratively with the Enrollment Management Operations team and other Enrollment Management staff to provide overall management of the Slate CRM functionality, including applications, document management, inquiry and prospects, communication support, event registration management, user training, and system integrations. The Assistant Director is also responsible for researching and implementing new features within the Slate CRM to improve the applicant and internal staff user experience.
