 Jayme’s leadership has been transformative. In addition to spearheading 
 dual credit programs that allow students to earn college credits in high s
 chool\, she organizes workshops\, campus visits\, and application support.
  She also revises hundreds of scholarship essays annually\, manages the sc
 hool’s scholarship website\, and creates tailored post-graduation plans 
 for all seniors.\n\n\n\n\nAt East Tech\, she coordinates accreditation and
  certification processes as well as the Senior Capstone Project Experience
 \, a widely recognized event connecting students with industry leaders. Ja
 yme further leverages her extensive experience to support educators throug
 h project-based learning\, multi-disciplinary writing\, and informing inst
 ruction with effective data. As a recognized consultant for Magnet Schools
  of America\, she provides innovative training to schools across 14 states
 .\n\n\n\nHaving worked in East Las Vegas for more than two decades\, Jayme
  understands the unique needs of the community. Driven by her commitment t
 o equity\, she facilitates opportunities for underrepresented students\, f
 rom running school-wide ACT campaigns and “jumpstarting” college readi
