Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information

Exhibitors and sponsorships are truly keys to the success of our annual conference. We look forward to working with you and your organization as  you prepare to exhibit and possibly sponsor at the 2018 annual conference. This page has been set up to provide you with conference information and updates and will be updated regularly.

Costs to Exhibit
$900 per booth (includes 1 attendee – conference meals and general sessions)
$125 for additional attendees from your exhibiting organization (includes conference meals and general sessions)

Host Hotels
You must register for the conference to get the conference rates.
Marriott Monterey – $200
Portola Hotel and Spa – $199

Conference Setting
The Conference will take place primarily in the beautifully and newly renovated Monterey Conference Center. The conference will also use portions of both the Marriott Hotel and the Portola Hotel for breakout sessions.

Booth Size and Configuration
Tentative: 8′ x 10′ Space. 8′ table, draped, signed, skirted, table, 2 chairs, wastebasket.

Shipping Instructions and Costs
Tricord Tradeshow services will serve as our Material Handling and Electrical provider.  All fees and arrangements for shipments and electrical are the responsibility of the exhibitor.  To make arrangements with Tricord – click here(Booth assignments will be sent the week of May 7th by email.)

Convention Center/Exhibit Hall Floor Plan
To see the Conference Center Floor Plan – click here. The designated exhibit area will be the 2nd floor Steinbeck Lobby and east lobby which guarantees constant foot traffic during the event. The WACAC Exhibitor floor plan will be available in early Spring.

Sponsorship Opportunities
To make the most of your conference, please consider being a sponsor. There are sponsorships ranging from $225 and $550 dollare for scholarships and starting from $1,000 and up for conference events and services. Your support will help to make the conference a success – Sponsorship Opportunities.

Cost to Exhibit
$900 per booth (includes 1 attendee – conference meals and general sessions)
Your organization can register one additional member for $125. Any additional members beyond those two will register at the regular conference rates.
