Mentorship Program
The goal of Mentorship Program is to match a new and veteran WACAC member together to create the opportunity to build a professional relationship that will embrace diverse ideas, create a comfort zone in exchanging those ideas, and support each other as they develop in their profession.
TO BE A MENTOR, we suggest that you have 5 or more years of experience in the college admissions field. Being a mentor has been an easy way to get involved, meet people, and give back to those who have helped you along the way.
TO BE A MENTEE, we suggest that you have 5 or less years of experience in the college admissions field. However, those veterans who would still like a mentor are welcome to have one! Being a mentee is a wonderful way to get advice and have the opportunity to share your experiences with someone else in the profession with the goal of continuing your motivation and positive outlook in your career.
